His earlier experiences include leading community agribusiness and healthcare initiatives in Niger and interning with organizations such as HealthStream Living Labs, the CDC-Emory Global Health Institute Partnership, the Duke Chancellor for Health Affairs,  and the Denver Department of Public Health.

Outside of work, Will loves playing tennis, swimming, dog-walking, and discovering good food around Durham. His favorite weekends are spent exploring the Durham Museum of Life and Science,  Duke Gardens, or a local park with his wife and their 4-year-old son.
