Deep Sepsis: a look “under the hood” at the model powering Sepsis Watch™

Deep Sepsis is the model that powers the Sepsis Watch™ solution at Duke University Health System, and beyond.  Utilizing the Duke data pipeline for real-time data integration, the model was integrated via the Sepsis Watch™ solution across Duke University Health System's three emergency departments. Duke University Hospital's emergency department went live with Sepsis Watch in November 2018. Duke Raleigh and Duke Regional's emergency departments went live with Sepsis Watch™ in June 2019.
