Jay is a medical student interested in enhancing clinical practice by developing and applying emerging technologies. Before matriculating to medical school, he worked in Deloitte Consulting’s healthcare practice, where he contributed to modernization efforts at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. He also worked as a data scientist at the National Institutes of Health where he lead multiple clinical research projects in the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases. He is passionate about promoting excellent patient care, optimizing the systems that deliver such care, and reducing patient and provider burden.
