Duke Raleigh Hospital was ready to launch an Acute Hospital Care at Home pilot in February 2021 with the support of the DIHI 2020 Innovation Award and a CMS waiver approved in January 2021. Events, Milestones, and Resources Below. 

On Dec 12, 2021, Duke Health’s executives decided to pause efforts indefinitely.
